Based on dates the studio operated at this address (1875-1883), this is probably Elsie Kent (1878-1961), daughter of B.F Kent and Isabelle Ford Kent. Born in Wisconsin, photographed in Minneapolis, and moved to Tacoma, Washington with family by 1900 census.

Possibly never married, and was a clerk in an ice cream parlor according to the 1920 census.
