This group of pictures is dedicated to my friends and neighbors, Frankie Jacobs Gillette (94) and Dr. Angela Little (100), whom I’ve known since I was a child. They were both strong mentors to women in their careers, and leaders by example in the pursuit of higher education and post-graduate studies at a time in our history when women were more often excluded.

Frankie turned 94 on April 1, 2019, and Angela, 100 on January 12, 2020.
I marched for them both on January 21st, 2017.
